Great customer service

Three friends recommended Station Garage so when I found enough water in my boot for a small swimming pool and obviously a major water leak from somewhere I booked my car in. On completion I was waved away without paying, advised to wait and see if they had plugged the leak successfully as they did not want me to pay if it was not watertight. It rained two weeks later and it was! I phoned back and paid but how refreshing they wanted me to be happy before I paid.
Fast forward and my spoiler jammed in the up position, I popped by and the guys spent 15 minutes trying to fix it for me without a booked appointment but it needs extra work so is booked in and again I was waved away without being charged as it was not fixed. The guys are always friendly and helpful and explain everything clearly to me. This is great customer service (and BTW I teach it!) and amazing to have skilled mechanics locally, I won't be going anywhere else from now. Thanks Station Garage!
